On the day of arrival, to collect the keys, please come to our office at:
ul. Orzeszkowej 5/1 Świnoujście.
Keys to the Apartment can be collected from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and returned by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Other times are possible, if possible, upon prior arrangement. After 6:00 p.m., keys are issued through our safes. The condition for receiving the code to the safe is to pay the amount due for the stay.
